Description:
The Beginner Creative Writing course covers basic English writing content such as basic grammar rules, media types and styles of writing, the hero's journey, researching, and figurative language and rhetorical devices. This course best correlates with English writing courses from grade levels 1-6.
Structure:
This course will be three weeks long. There will be two weeks of an instructional 1.5 hour class in which content will be taught and then once week to work on a project. During the third week, 1 hour classes will be held Mon-Thurs and Fri will be a student showcase.

The Advanced Creative Writing course focuses on topics such as culture and setting, commonly used psychological complexes, characterization with philosophy, transformation arches, and stylistic exploration.
