Algebra

Description:
Algebra covers the standard US mathematics Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 curriculum. Topics include systems of multi-variable equations, linear and quadratic graphing, imaginary numbers, exponential growth and decay, graphing arithmetic and geometric sequences, basic conics, and matrices.
​
Structure:
This course will be three weeks long with 1.5 hour instructional classes on Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri. Wednesday will be a 1 hour review class. Between the three weeks, students are required to attend all instructional classes and at least two review classes.
Geometry

Description:
Geometry covers the standard US mathematics Geometry curriculum. Topics covered include 2-D and 3-D shapes, similarity and congruence, angle postulates, and manipulating 2-D shapes on a coordinate plane (dilation, translation, rotation, reflection).

Structure:
This course will be three weeks long with 1.5 hour instructional classes on Mon, Wed, and Fri. Tues and Thurs will be a 1 hour review class. Between the three weeks, students are required to attend all instructional classes and at least three review classes.
